New Patients

Rather than offering a standard, one-size-fits-all consultation, we’ve designed a personalised approach for new patients — so you get exactly what you need from your very first visit.

New Patient Examination

This appointment is designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to your care with us. Whether you’re joining us with specific concerns or simply want to get your oral health properly assessed, we’re here to help.

The visit includes a full clinical examination with one of our dentists, along with any necessary X-rays or digital images to support an accurate diagnosis. Based on our findings, we’ll talk you through your treatment options and create a personalised plan tailored to your needs.

New Patient Exam + Hygiene

This appointment offers a comprehensive introduction to your dental care with us. Whether you’re addressing specific concerns or seeking a thorough assessment of your oral health, we’re here to assist you.

Your visit includes:

  • Full Clinical Examination: Conducted by one of our experienced dentists, this encompasses any necessary X-rays or digital images to ensure an accurate diagnosis.

  • Professional Hygiene Treatment: Performed by the same dentist, this involves a meticulous scale and polish to remove plaque and tartar, leaving your teeth feeling fresh and clean.

Following the examination and cleaning, we’ll discuss our findings with you and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Hygiene only

We understand that some new patients may wish to receive hygiene treatments without a full dental examination—perhaps because you are under the care of another dentist or for personal reasons. In such cases, we offer hygiene appointments to accommodate your needs.

During this session, our dentist will perform a thorough scale and polish to remove plaque, tartar, and surface stains, helping to maintain your oral health.

This approach allows us to provide effective hygiene services while respecting your existing dental arrangements.

Dental Emergencies

Whether you’re a new or existing patient, if you’re in pain, experiencing swelling, or have suffered dental trauma, we’ll do our utmost to see you within 24 hours.

Our priority is to relieve your discomfort and provide the urgent care you need. After that, we’ll advise on the next steps — whether that’s continuing your treatment with us or returning to your regular dentist, if you prefer.
